Purchase procedure and payment
Prices are quoted in US dollars. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the delivery section below. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note that international orders will be transacted at the currency rates prevailing at the time of purchase.
We will send an order acknowledgement email to you detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation. Orders will only be confirmed and dispatched once the credit card issuer has run validation checks and authorized payment. Sabina Swims may also carry out additional checks to confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours. Please note that no deliveries will be made to P.O. box addresses. We will notify you if we are unable to accept your order.
Delivery Charges & Times
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the number of pieces in merchandise order and region. Standard shipping is Registered Standard First Class Air Mail provided by Hong Kong Post. Express shipping service provided by Hong Kong SpeedPost available. Rates and delivery times) on request via email or phone.

Customers from the U.S. and from Europe may be subject to import duties and local sales taxes. These are levied once the package reaches its destination. These, and charges for customs clearance, must be borne by the customer (typically to be paid upon receipt of the shipment). When ordering from Sabina Swims you are considered the importer of record and therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are being received.
Exchange Procedure
Customers may exchange merchandise costing the same dollar amount as the original purchase. Please also note that we do not offer refunds or store credit. Exchange shipping will be born by client, not Sabina Swims. However, in the event of faulty product, Sabina Swims will bear such costs.
1. Notification of exchange must occur within 10 days from the date we send out your order (This date will be communicated to you by email when we dispatch your order). Email us at sales@sabinaswims.com to be assigned an Exchange Authorization Number (AN). This AN must be clearly written on the front of the envelope/package you return to us, otherwise we can not accept it.
2. Pack your returned item(s) along with the original receipt and a filled Return Form (see following) in an envelope. The Return Form should specify what item you are returning and what you wish to exchange it for. If an item is being returned because of a production flaw/defect please include in the return package an explanation of the flaw. All return envelopes/packages must be sent to 1st Floor, 99F Wellington Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong SAR, China.
3. For hygienic reasons, swimwear bottoms and one-piece suits are NOT exchangeable.
Typically we process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during very busy periods there may be a short delay.
